This policy explains how Unizo Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with this website. It covers the website only. When a customer uses the Unizo exposure management system, our handling of that customer's data is governed by a separate written agreement between us, not by this policy.
Introduction
Unizo Inc. is a Delaware corporation with offices in Wilmington. We process the personal data of individuals in the EU and EEA even though we are not established there, and we handle that data in line with applicable data protection law.
Our role under GDPR
For personal data we collect directly from you through this website, our marketing activities, and demo scheduling, Unizo acts as a data controller. When a customer uses the Unizo exposure management system to connect their tools and we process data on their behalf, Unizo acts as a data processor under that customer's instructions, governed by our Data Processing Agreement, available on request via privacy@unizo.ai.

Data you provide
When you book a demo or contact us, you voluntarily provide your name, business email address, company name, and any details you include in your message.
Data collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our providers may collect device type, IP address, browser and operating system information, referral source, and pages viewed, to understand usage and keep the site secure.
Sensitive data
We do not intentionally collect health data, race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, or similar special-category data through this website.
2. How we use information
We use the data to respond to demo and contact requests, operate and secure the site, understand usage and improve the experience, and, where you have consented, send you relevant updates. Our lawful bases under GDPR Article 6 are set out below.

3. How we share information
We share personal data with the service providers below, who act on our instructions and are bound to protect it. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by legal or tax obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
5. Security
We store personal data on secured infrastructure and protect it against unauthorized access, loss, and disclosure. Data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Unizo maintains a SOC 2 Type II attestation covering its production systems. Security inquiries: security@unizo.ai.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of your personal data;
- request a copy of your data in a portable form;
- restrict or object to processing; and
- withdraw consent, which does not affect processing already carried out.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@unizo.ai. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any such message or email privacy@unizo.ai; transactional messages such as billing or account notices cannot be unsubscribed from. If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your EU or EEA member state.
7. International data transfers
We transfer personal data from the EU and EEA to the United States. We rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with providers not covered by the Framework. You may request a copy of the applicable safeguards by emailing privacy@unizo.ai.
